Refunds & Problem Resolution
We take great care to ship healthy, viable tubers. If there is a problem with you order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must email or message us within 48 hours of receiving the tubers
A photo of the tuber must be included
If the tuber is determined to be non-viable or damaged upon arrival, a refund will be issued
Due to the limited quantities grown on our small farm, we are unable to send replacement tubers
No refunds will be issued after 48 hours from delivery.
Disease Disclaimer (Including Gall)
Dahlias are living plants, and like all plants, they may carry disease even when no symptoms are visible.
While we work very hard to grow healthy stock, Hello Dahlia Farm cannot guarantee that tubers are free from disease. Estimates among growers commonly range from 5-10% or more of dahlias potentially carrying virus or other disease without visible symptoms.
To reduce risk on our farm, we follow these practices:
Cutting tools are cleaned between plants
Plants showing any abnormalities are removed and discarded, not composted
Tubers are visually inspected before storage and shipping
We would never knowingly sell tubers from diseased plants
By purchasing tubers, the buyer acknowledges the inherent risk involved in growing dahlias
Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States only.
Shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order
We aren’t able to combine multiple orders
Tubers will ship late April to early May depending on weather
